Who we are

What we collect

• Details you send us through our contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: your name, email, phone number, company and what you tell us about your project.
• Client project and billing information when we work together.
• Basic website usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking, which use cookies or similar technologies.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a project (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
• To deliver and invoice work (contract) and keep financial records (legal obligation).
• To send occasional updates or marketing, only if you have opted in (consent). You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only trusted service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, analytics and advertising (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta), accounting and CRM providers. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 12 months. Client and financial records: 6 years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required by UK law. Marketing preferences: until you opt out.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email contact@saltaralabs.co.uk. We’ll respond within one month.
