Saltara Labs is a London-based software engineering studio. We build web platforms, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure for businesses that want software that actually performs — not software that merely ships.
Our story
Built for a world where software is expected to work.
When we started Saltara Labs, most software projects were either over-engineered consultancy retainers that took months to show anything, or rushed builds that worked in a demo and fell over in production. Neither served the businesses paying for them.
So we took a different approach. Small team. Deep expertise. Custom builds, not template assembly. Every project is designed and engineered specifically for the business it serves — its users, its constraints, its scale.
We work across the full stack — front end, back end, infrastructure, and the data layer in between — because most real problems don't respect those boundaries. We choose the architecture that fits the problem, not the one that's easiest to sell.
